After the restart it seems to revert.
You just need to modify the 'z_offset' value in printer. cfg.
This is normally under the [bltouch] section or [probe].
However the probe_calibrate test will comment that out ('#z_offset') then.
Also, the z_offset in [probe] never changes.
The probe_calibrate seems that it is just to work out the z_offset value, which is the difference between the probe trigger point and the nozzle a micron above the bed point.
