I’d recommend you check out wow classic before you start retail/modern wow, just so you can get the feel of the world building and where it all sort of started (in wow at least).

If i start playing wotlk classic, can i still experience all of the story of wow classic (2004)? Read also: Myaci: The Future You Decide – But Are You Making The Right Choice?

Would i literally get the same experience if i started as a human fighter in wotlk as i would.

In my opinion, if you want to get into wow's story, the best way is to start with classic wow and work up from there.

It might just be me, but the writing for classic wow's quest had a unique.
