The contract governs everyone in our bargaining unit, including teachers, specialists, guidance counselors, speech and occupational therapists, pupil personnel workers, and psychologists.

This agreement affects those certifi cated employees who are members of unit i, hereinafter referred to as unit i employee.

The asasp bylaws provide the basic rules for the conduct of the union's business and affairs.
What does the contract include?

Annual step increases for eligible employees.
A 1% pay differential for those at the top step of their grade.
