Real estate agents working in the inland empire say demand is so high right now in the area that it's bonkers and buyers are getting into bidding wars, sending prices skyrocketing.

Play the long game if you can, put some more money away and be patient if you want to buy a new build, its a frustrating process, but no less than trying to outbid and all that junk.

Luck in the real estate market is very real.

Lastly, don't listen to others that say it's impossible for us millennials to buy a home.
