You're stuck two ways with firestorm.

Jorgen played a firestorm inquisitor in 3. 13.

The nice thing is it's on par with fireball damage (the highest base damage spell in the game iirc) for the first impact.

The downside is it's firestorm.

Considering doing something like going chieftain and using the new penance mark to proc the 500% explosion to carry boss damage, but wondering if firestorm is a good enough all round.
