Mar 29, 2022 · postal unions and the usps have agreed to mous that increase the maximum allowable annual leave carryover amounts outlined in the employee and labor relations.
Mum carryover from leave year 2023 to leave year 2024 is increased to 520 hours.

In response to naps consultation with the usps, we have received a proposal to increase the annual leave carryover by an additional 80 hours each year.
This increases the carryover.
