Depending on the dice roll on the floor there is different effects.

If you're having an amazing run and find a dice room that you don't know the effet of, i'd be careful, it may shuffle you to worse items.

I want to create a list of the most useful glitches in isaac.

If you save and exit the game on a floor with a five pip room and close the game, then reopen and use the room, the exact same floor will generate, including the dice room.

Went into a dice room and it rolled me into guppy with cursed eye which removed the ipecac.

Went to dice room and was transformed from guppy into lord of the flies.

Still no idea how to get that transformation!

Dice rooms are special rooms that can randomize many elements of the run.

Dice rooms require two keys to be opened, unlike most other special rooms.

For a dice room to spawn, two things must happen;

First, the game must decide that a sacrifice room will spawn that floor.

This normally has a 1/7.

This means you will keep the active ability but lose some passive abilities.

For example, you will lose mom's box passive of doubling trinkets but you keep the speed boost from a pony.
