The absolute easiest way to do it (imo) is to hop in a btb match, grab a shock rifle, and land headshots, which automatically grant a perfect medal/kill.

If your aim is good you can knock it out in one match.

You can also do it with the br, commando, sidekick, and i think the stalker rifle.
