I am looking for pole barn just a simple 30x40 10' with overhang one man door and overhead door.

I live around the willard area in ohio.

I only ask because my 30x40 was $45k all said and done.

I’ve heard you can save big money there.

I was about 40k all in (site work, some trees, and concrete) on my 30x40x12.

How was the quality and how has it held up?
