I downloaded simcity for mac with the option provided on the website however there seems to be no way to actually play the game on mac.

When i open the ea play app it shows that the game is part of my collection but the thumbnail is greyed out and i can't open it.

Can i solve this or should i get a refund?

There was one discussion that piqued my interest, and it was about how the game was advertised that it had a scenario creator.

Whilst the folder for a scenario creator is there with the files listed as simcity scenario creator 97. mde and simcity scenario creator 2000. mde, you cant actually open them.
