Through this program, new teachers receive guidance and training designed to assist them in developing their skills and understanding in implementing curricula and programs required by the school system.

Innovation, teacher leadership development, school leadership development, mentoring, coaching & induction, and technical assistance.
The induction coach program provides a variety of supports and resources to new teachers to assist with the successful transition into prince georges county public schools.
Induction coaches provide mentoring, coaching, and modeling of best practices throughout the induction period.
