Ive asked on twitter to frontier customer service and they dont have a timeframe for when itll be fixed.

You may be able to fix it yourself with these troubleshooting tips and tools:

Troubleshoot if you have no dial tone;

Frontier generally doesn't even know when they have an outage.

I think their monitoring is garbage if they even have any monitoring for their edge network.

If their upstream provider is having an outage that means that the services in the co used to authenticate you and assign you an address cannot traverse to where they need to go to do so.

If your ont's fiber light is red that means that somewhere between you and the co on the local loop has a break and it is specifically a frontier issue.
