Follow these steps to automatically configure outlook express as your default email program:

Click email to select your default email program, then select outlook express/windows mail.

Click finish when done.

Open windows mail, click on tools and select accounts.

Follow the onscreen instructions.

When asked to provide the pop and smtp settings.
