It only seems to be on viacom channels, i’ve tested several others and they stream fine.

They (spectrum) had to reset mine and it worked after.

I do apologize for the issues with the service.

Most app issues can be resolved by resetting the modem as the app authenticates.

Commonly, the error is caused when the app is unavailable including outages or if there is an issue with your credentials.
