All purchases made at le bon marché and liberty can only be.

After receiving your order, you have 14 days* to return the items to us.

*orders placed between november 24 and december 18 can be returned until january 8.

For what it's worth i recently sent back a dress (and bought a different size, but a separate order) and kept the tote they sent with the original order.

Sezane offers full refunds for items that are returned in their original form and in acceptable condition.

It will take them 1 week to process your refund once the products are received by.

It's 14 days from the moment the return is registered, aka, when you drop it off.

Also, sezane is quite lenient on the return policy and i sometimes could easily return stuff i had forgotten to.
