Don't login with the google or apple options.

Only expose what you are willing to lose.
Use long, unique, random.
I think if it’s using the oauth tokens then it’s probably fine (although ynab does get access to all of your info).
If you don’t see your bank’s login site then it isn’t using oauth and i wouldn’t trust it.
Been linked to multiple banks and accounts for almost 5 years and never had an issue.
That said, if your bank does get hacked, it's more likely a result of you not using a strong password.
