I looked on the is it down? website and it says it's been down for a long time but i know i've logged into it a couple of weeks ago. Read also: FakeHub The Wish Makers: Your Questions Answered (Finally!)

I noticed there are two ways to manage target logins:

The general online target store (for orders and purchases on target. com) and the red card login page.

I logged into the latter this morning and was able to resolve the issue.
