While expertise yields more accurate suggestions, at the end of the day it comes down to interpretation that is informed by individual experience.

We need experts to also be honest.

If your entry level job (at entry level pay) says you're looking for an expert in any skill set, not only do you not know what entry level means, you also have no idea what an expert.
