Ipw lets you use pact weapon as spellcasting focus.

Also it lets you summon basically any weapon as your pact weapon and it's always +1 with magical damage.

The versatility is really good.

Definitely both is good.

Jan 17, 2018 · i'm trying to make a character focused around the use of a bow on a warlock using the improved pact weapon bow features for a level 14 character.

Currently, my framework is roughly warlock 3 fighter 11 (arcane archer).

Jul 6, 2019 · so unless you found a weapon that was better than a +1 then there's no real point to bind a physical weapon to your pact, but you have that flexibility should sweet loot be found.
