1) ensure you are not on the northwell health secure network.
2) type the following url into the browser:
Input your universal id.
If you are using an rsa soft token (phone app) then input your pin into the app and then click the arrow to generate an 8 digit token code.
Input only that 8 digit code.

Sign in with your universal id and password.
