Contact medicare with your hospital insurance (medicare part a), medical insurance (medicare part b), and durable medical equipment (dme) questions.

Update personal information such as name, phone number and email address;
View the tin/npi/ptan combinations already viewable on the account;
The portal is available for all part a, part b and durable medical equipment (dme) users in the noridian mac jurisdictions of ja, jd, je and jf.
If you need to reset your password or you are locked out of your account you can select the forgot/unlock password link and answer 3 of the 5 security questions.
This will allow you get back into your account without having to call noridian.
