How does netzero determine if an account has been accessed without authorization and what actions are taken?

One or more of the following signs indicate that your email account has been accessed without your authorization 1.

Your webmail account folders (sent, deleted, inbox, etc. ) and/or your address book contacts have been emptied or deleted.

Netzero will never send you an unsolicited email asking you for your password, social security number, mother's maiden name, or your driver's license number.
