Charles “chuck” michael bailey, 49, of weirton west virginia (formerly of steubenville) passed away peacefully on march 2nd, 2024.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, cecil earl & barbara mae bailey, his grandparents william & allie sampson, anna mae bailey, and two siblings, john joseph utsinger (usmc) and kathy lynn bailey temple.
