I did the 30 min becs tempo run from 7/18/19 (thanks to this post!) and she talks about being pregnant and helping train ashton kutcher for his nyc marathon.

So clearly this was recorded.

Sep 29, 2021 · the new york city marathon is 40 days away (but who’s counting 🙂 ).

That means about 30 days of training and 10 days of taper.
