Where can i find the character cards for the other not relevant story characters like the swim club president and members of other clubs?
There are not in the preset.

Character cards are pngs, which this image is not.
You can find most of them on pixiv, or on the illusioncards site which has less high quality cards but is easier to browse.
Though if you choose pixiv, make sure the card you want is labeled character release (koikatsu).
Currently importing card dumps from illusion database and discord server channels.
