Character cards are pngs, which this image is not.
You can find most of them on pixiv, or on the illusioncards site which has less high quality cards but is easier to browse.
Though if you choose pixiv, make sure the card you want is labeled character release (koikatsu).
She sees herself having big breasts when in gym cloth, but she sees herself having normal breasts when in archery cloth.
As a bonus release i did a little tinkering with my older p5 cards and upgraded them to the current standards!
