It involves a lot of weather, alot of looking at maps, a lot of hills.

For all of those people whos hearts katie has touched. this is a place to remember all of the wonderful memories we all had with her.

From her goofy tap dancing skills, and her guitar.

Villa rose is a completely remodeled luxury beach home (brand new to the vacation rental market aug 2023) located on 30a with a large private heated saltwater pool, hot tub with flowing.

One of my favorite things to do when i am at the beach is collect shells and stones.

I have made some of them into pendants for you.

I also have mermaid.

My name is katie rose and i am the mom of 4 who is new to the beach vacation rental market.

My motivation is to create a place where someone can unwind, relax, and make lasting.
