I've worked tons of warehouse jobs in the past including ups, lg, mercedes benz, happy harrys, etc.

If you're just going in for a tier 1 aa warehouse job then yes, shorts, sweatpants, hell even pajamas are okay.
Wear whatever pretty much.
Honestly depending on your fc or facility dress code really doesn’t matter because at my fc i wear a hoodie, some basketball shorts, and i also have my airpods in while i work and they.
Do not wear anything nice, it will get ruined.

Besides if your a picker or stower you could end up going up and down a ladder all day sooo may be awkward.
I haaaated gloved when i first started at amazon, literally refused to wear them more than a few minutes at a time.
