When i've traveled on passes and called weflyaa, they always give me a scolding and remind me to ask the employee sponsor these questions, but they are always very helpful.

Jetnet and internet access is not the only avenue aa has made available to their employees.
There is a phone # available and employee's should either know it or easy to access.
It gives loads, listing avbl, many issues of employee travel can be handled through this avenue and internet is not needed.
