When you hate something it's like you're totally focused only on what you dislike.
To overcome it, it is essential to work on personal acceptance.
Respect and acknowledge your feelings / emotions:
Stop bottling them up or stopping yourself from feeling a certain way.
Allow yourself to take space, in your life and in your best friends'.
I seriously recommend books on the topics of self love and mental childhood trauma specifically.
