For a dice room to spawn, two things must happen;

My first dice room was in the cathedral, had a one, and gave me lord of the flies.

I was so confused, i thought it was like a ritual ground or something.

My second dice room gave me a number one ludovico with a bunch of really weird effects that changed every room.

The items that aren't affected by this are items in the shop and angel/devil rooms.
