For a dice room to spawn, two things must happen;

Has anyone gotten some insanely strong item combinations so far?

1) the ludovico technique + technology this creates a pretty large, controllable laser circle on the ground.

Anything that touches this, recieves damage multiple times per second.

Bosses died within a few seconds.

2) tammys head + brimstone this really takes the cake.

4 and 5 are by far the best ones but i guess room 4 since that one is always nice.

Sometimes i don't need room 5.

I once found a 5 room on womb 1, restarted the floor, then immediately found another 5 room for a second restart on the same floor.

There is no situation in which a 5 room isn't helpful.

D1 duplicates a random consumable or chest in the room.

Can be used to farm soul hearts, golden chests, keys or bombs for example, whatever you need at the moment.

Especially useful in the chest to spawn more items.

D infinity is all other dice in one, which one you get after each charge is random.

Dice rooms can be accessed through the use of two keys, and contain one of the 6 dice faces.
