Dice rooms require two keys to be opened, unlike most other special rooms.

First, the game must decide that a sacrifice room will spawn that floor.
Depending on the dice roll on the floor there is different effects.
If you're having an amazing run and find a dice room that you don't know the effet of, i'd be careful, it may shuffle you to worse items.

Went into a dice room. got bob's brain and cursed eye.
It was a 1 dice room, and i walked onto the platform.
This dice room gave me 6 red hearts, 3 soul hearts, mom's knife, infamy mask and many more really op items.
I destroyed isaac in a matter of minutes whereas if i went in as i was before the dice room, i would have never beaten issac.
It doesn't just reroll your items, it can give you items too.

The 5 because there's no downside to it.
I think d6 is the best for those who dare to play bad runs without holding r key down.
4 and 5 are by far the best ones but i guess room 4 since that one is always nice.
Sometimes i don't need room 5.
