First, the game must decide that a sacrifice room will spawn that floor.

I bet you've seen one of those red rooms that have a dice in the middle with 1 to 6 dots, but you don't know what the hell it does or you are really bad at memorizing stuff and just forgot.

Depending on the dice roll on the floor there is different effects.

If you're having an amazing run and find a dice room that you don't know the effet of, i'd be careful, it may shuffle you to worse items.

When entering a dice room, always let go of your movement keys immediately after entering it, so you can check what number it is before activating it.

Especially on a good run you don't want to accidentally ruin it by stepping on a 6.

If i'm checking dice rooms, i'm pretty much exclusively looking for a 5 room.

5 is always helpful unless you're trying to play fast (in which case you're probably not checking dice rooms), vs all the others being either highly situational or just straight up bad.
