Usually, video0 is the primary camera.

You may change it into /dev/video1 in order to access the usb camera.

The error is dev/media0 is not usb cam.

And also it stops detecting keyboard or anything among all the 4 usb ports.

This issue happens every time i turn off the power and start again.
