Going off of the bulbapedia page, which i think the rr dexnav is based on, you have a 23% chance for a hidden ability at a chain of 100.

So, for example, if you use the dexnav in rr to find 100 pidgeys, by pidgey #100, you'll have a 23% chance for its hidden ability.
