Theoretically gsu could choose to use something else, but we'd have to justify it hard to usg and most lms are very similar in function.

I have had so many professors do everything in their power to avoid using icollege and i don't understand it.

They claim it's not user friendly or some other reasons but their solutions are arguably worse.
