File h1b extension/transfer/change of status, h4, and h4 ead in the same package (at the same time).
Feb 6, 2023 · for h4 ead to be filed under premium processing as per the latest update from uscis it must be filed with the h4 and h1 extension filed with premium.
Otherwise, it is not.
