It’s going to come down to personal preference on which trigger shield you like.

As of this week i own all three of these guns, so i figured i'd put together a list of some of the comparisons between them.

That being said there is a definite price difference to.

While the taurus puts up a good fight by having glock 43 sights, and the shield has great sight options since it uses the standard shield sights, the p365 is modular, and that's a huge plus.
