In my experience they open some slots early in the morning.

You can check starting around 7am.

I went to their website at 9am and was able to get a 10:30 appt.

There were quite a few time slots available.

This was almost 2 years ago in houston.

Im trying to get an earlier appointment to the dps.

All the locations around me only have dates the first week of april.
