Turn the power butt on off, unplug the power cord from the outlet, plug it back in after at least 1 minute, and turn the power butt on on.

Since last few days it does not switch on.
It means it does switch on some time.
The batteries have total voltage of 6 vdc.
Now the display will not turn on and when i try to charge it, the charger led is green.
I have tried unplugging and re plugging all the connections, this has done nothing.
This can occur with older batteries, failure of the power supply or mechanical failure of the printer's circuitry.
