I'd have recommended a different assembly order though:

Mouthpiece on the neck, 2.

Ligature on mouthpiece, 3.

Reed under the ligature, tighten and lastly 4.

Put the neck on the sax.

Doing it in the sequence you recommend 4>3>2>1 adds unnecessary risk to chipping the reed.
