First, the game must decide that a sacrifice room will spawn that floor.
Dice rooms can be accessed through the use of two keys, and contain one of the 6 dice faces.
Each room can only be used once, and each face has a different effect 1 pip rerolls isaac's currently held items, similarly to the d4
(rerolls all held items, pickups, trinkets, and pedestal items)
