It can be dropped on purpose or if they die though, so defenders can find it and defend it.
The bomb can be picked up and dropped by the attacking team, and only the player that has the bomb can plant it.
While planting or defusing the bomb, the player is unable to move or attack.

If one team is entirely wiped out in a round before the bomb is planted, round end and the team with players alive win the round.
