Vampirism best enchant for pve but kinda mid for pvp i wouldnt recommend equipping vampirism on a bad weapon (lets say on a silver dagger) if you're only gonna use it for pvp chilling good.

Thsi would be an overall great enchant if not for the rarity of it.
