Accounts for students who have graduated are disabled 3 semesters after graduation.

A student account will be deemed inactive unless the student has at least one registration activity (adding or dropping of a course) in the past 3 consecutive semesters.

How can you troubleshoot login and/or password issues?

If you cant remember your password, or if the password youre typing isnt being accepted for whatever reason, look for a forgot your password?

You can find important course information, such as the syllabus, through your course pages in this system.

Having trouble accessing your d2l (mycourses), email (clawmail), or myggc?

You can't use the email contact from another account.

So you have to call them!!

They're located in building a in the lobby area next to testing services.

Claw mail is the ggc email system.

You will be issued a claw mail account upon admission to ggc.

You can log into claw mail with your ggc id and password.

All official communication from the college and your professors will come to this email address.

Claw mail, d2l and myggc uses your ggc id and password.

Banner requires your 900 number.
