I've tried garrisoning units in the city, repairing, healing, nothing seems to get those city defenses back up once i'm in control of it.

I can't figure out how to get the shield (s) back up on a city.

Does anyone know for the triumph, can you get a platinum score in 2 encounters, come back another day to do the last 2, and still complete the triumph?

Or does it have to be in one session?
