I like medved and yukon as well, i do not like the african map and the others are just more of the same, perhaps even a bit superfluous,.

Silver ridge peaks is always the one i (and most others) suggest first.

It's a great all around map, without any serious faults!

People will recommend silver ridge peaks, but it's one of the weaker maps in that regard:

Repetitive landscape, and awful graphics because the cotw engine isn't good for long.

Dec 11, 2023 · turkey ai is much better than rabbit/pheasant/quail too.

Sadly the ai for small game is lacking in cotw.

It makes it the least realistic aspect of cotw in my opinion.
