Notice there are 2 seeds associated with each cat.
The 1st seed determines the rarity.
If the last 4 digits are 0000 to 6999, it's a rare.
7000 to 9499, super rare.
9500 to 9999, uber rare.
These ranges ensure that the percentage of rares is 70%, super rares 25%, and uber rares 5%.
The way seeds work in bc is there are two strings for every user, a and b.
Both of these strings are determined through a seed (similar to world gen in something like minecraft).
The units you enter into the site basically let the site figure out your seed, and place on it.
