Craigslist is still good, but just be weary of too good to be true type deals, which are usually scams.
Most independent, mom and pop landlords still use this site.
Nov 1, 2021 · if a listing seems too good to be true, it probably is, whether that be the price or the availability of the property.
I've noticed the scam ads will list an entire long paragraph and/or the price will be too good to be true.
For example, a 1bd/1ba for $1500, utilities included in soma.
Legit ads will have better.
